At 32 years old Vida Jovem which invests and
believes that young people are inexhaustible sources of knowledge and learning
and defends professional and cultural training as a form of investment in Human
Capital is following a successful path in its programs working with young people
from the favela of Heliópolis São João Clímaco Pq. Bristol Jr. Saint Savério
and Sacomã.
The Young Administrator Project contributes to the
personal and professional development of young people in situations of social
vulnerability by offering professional training courses in the administrative
area helping them to develop skills that expand their possibilities of
entering the job market and generating income. and participation in society in
addition to the ability to manage ones own life and to relate favoring
contact with others the world and with oneself.
With very interactive activities investing in practice
and problem solving in a playful and motivating way aiming at professional
qualification and increasing employability the project addresses basic themes
in the administrative area as well as customer service telephone service
oral and written communication financial education entrepreneurship
interview employment among other topics that prove necessary. In addition to
all psychosocial support through thematic workshops individual and family care
and home visits.
We seek to start from each persons repertoire
considering the connections with the various information they already have in
order to integrate these elements in the construction of new knowledge.
