ESPRO has been dedicated to training talent for 44
years and has a history focused on social transformation. During this period
there were more than 521 thousand referrals and more than 1.1 million social
services playing a strategic role in the training of adolescents and young
people looking for their first job and above all in the development of aware
citizens and protagonists for the construction of a more inclusive society.
Training Program for the World of Work
The Project will offer training for teenagers and
young people with a focus on developing essential behavioral and technical
skills for the world of work.
The objective of the initiative is to reduce the
social impacts of the lack of access to quality education providing human
social and technical training to young people contributing to obtaining a job.

Where it operates: All Brazilian territory.
What it does: Social Assistance Entity whose mission is to promote social inclusion through socio-educational actions mediation of access and integration into the World of Work since its foundation trains young people in socially vulnerable situations and forwards them to insertion in the world of work through the Program Apprentice.
How: We have a partnership with more than 2700 companies across the country to manage and carry out the theoretical activities of the Apprentice Program public facilities through the municipal social assistance councils and Regional Social Assistance Councils for referrals of young people.
Who participates: Adolescents and Youth in socially vulnerable situations.
