The World of Work Project - IAG has the premise of
promoting and expanding knowledge about the world of Work. To achieve this
assumption we will present different contents and foundations which provide
support for teenagers to stand out in the job market. This intervention also
makes it possible to expand the cognitive universe of experiences and healthy
relationships so that these Adolescents can enter their first job and/or
enterprise with autonomy security and responsibility. Entrepreneurship
workshops provide theoretical and practical experiences. Through this process
the adolescents developed a technical framework thus having 1 capacity to
execute praxis 2 expansion of empirical knowledge 3 non-violent communication
and ethical stance in everyday life and 4 social responsibilities.
Annually the CJ IAG Youth Center serves around 120
young people aged between 15 and 17 years and 11 months in situations of social
and economic vulnerability. As the service is typified in the social assistance
